Training suggestions

Training is an absolute MUST if you  plan on being a jumper.  Too often athletes don't put in the work necessary for these difficult events; and many times this results in never reaching their potential.  Doing it right means sacrifice.  Are you truly willing to see how far you can take this?  If so, read on and let there be no excuses from here out!
