The jump phase is basically a long jump connected to the other phases of the triple jump. The one major difference is that a triple jumper performs this phase (generally) off of their weaker/lesser-used jump foot. Check out how we work on this phase below.

Just as seen in the step phase drill, the jump phase can be worked on by simply adding another banana hurdle and working on connecting all phases together properly. Again, as suggested before, look over my practice inventory to learn more.
