For Consistency's Sake...

Connecting all the phases together is extremely difficult!  If one thing goes wrong in the initial two phases, the jump phase will suffer!  That's why coaches and athletes need to work diligently to find consistency and connectedness.  The video above builds upon the other videos you've seen, but once again is not the only drill I use at this point in my coaching journey.  Check out "Long Jump & Triple Jump: From the Ground Up" to learn more!
