Building Connectedness Between The Phases

Once the hop phase is a strength and the proper movements have been developed, athletes need to focus on connecting another phase - the step.  Many times, this is only looked at as another phase, but should also be seen as a takeoff as well!  The drill in the video is one I still use today, but again have updated suggestions in my book to help connect the hop and step phases.  Check out "Long Jump & Triple Jump: From the Ground Up" today!
