Long Jump, Speed, & Triple Jump Clinics 2018!!!

I am overjoyed to announce that I will be doing three clinics with a close friend this summer. His name is Ajamu Olaniyan and he has an extremely impressive resume that athletes learn a great deal from.

He is currently the founder/owner of Top Flight Sports Performance based out of Milwaukee area, and is doing things with numerous different sports (with amazing results). He is originally from the Sun Prairie area (still holds the triple jump record at 46') but really made a name for himself while attending UW-La Crosse! While there he was a three-time national champion in the triple jump and a seven-time all-american!!!!

He has been a great friend and mentor for a number of years now and I feel extremely fortunate to have him as someone I can learn from! Athletes that decide to attend these sessions will not be disappointed!

Ajamu (aka Coach Mu) is working on the flyers as we speak. I will post them as soon as I have them, but wanted to get the word out! The dates are as follows:

August 14th - Long Jump @ Sun Prairie High School

August 15th - Speed Training @ Sun Prairie High School

August 16th - Triple Jump Training @ Sun Prairie High School

Each session will be between 20-25 dollars. We wanted to make it as affordable as possible for those of you that want to attend.
