Season Plans - Moving Forward

Unfortunately I've decided to end the daily practice plans for the 2018 season. There are simply too many things going on to continue. My full attention needs to be given to my athletes so that they finish their season on the highest of notes possible.

I appreciate all of you that have reached out over the year, and look forward to connecting with you (and hopefully more) as 2018 continues and the 2019 season approaches.

I will be putting up a youth track season plan blog over the summertime if interested. I am the head coach for the City of Sun Prairie's track and field team and can give detailed outlines if that is something of interest to any of you.

Lastly, I will be updating a number of YouTube videos over the summer that will be much more "in depth" on my approaches, practice ideas, drills, etc. Watch for that!

If you would like to contact me, or have any questions please feel free to email me at longandtriple3@gmail.com anytime!

I hope everyone has a great end of their season - come find me at state (I'll most likely be by the pits) if you want to.
